This workout program consists of a Push, Pull and legs split.


Day 1 : Push 

Day 2 : Pull

Day 3 : Legs


You can change the oder as its suits your schedule, as long as you complete all 3 workout in the week.


The great thing about this program is that it can be used for begginers or for someone that has expierence in the gym. I use this program with alot of my one on one clients and i have seen great results.
